Access to Internet and telephone service
From home – If you do not have a telephone line or ADSL installed at home, or you are interested in buying a mobile phone, below is a list of the main telephone companies operating in the Basque Country that offer one or all of these services.
As in most EU countries, there are two main ways of buying a mobile telephone: monthly contract or prepaid cards. In both cases, you must sign a contract with the telephone company that will offer the service.
